Our warranties are the best in the industry, and our prices are affordable. Our MAXIMUM cost of a residential treatment for subterranean termites is $599.00. ANY residence! We offer a certification for only $75.00…and a one year warranty for ANY property for $175.00…even with NO treatment.

Same day certification inspections for those “oops” I forgot to order the cert., and, we are the KING of “second opinions.” You know the ones: the first inspection opinion goes like this; “there is evidence of a previous treatment (patched drill marks), the owner has no paperwork to “prove” who and when treatment was rendered, sooooo, we’ll have to treat the property for $1200.00.” We call them “Termite Games.”

Second Opinion:

If Planet Home Tech does not find “an active” infestation…we do NOT treat! We will transfer the previous treatment (no matter who, or when it was treated) to our company and give the property the same warranty as if it had just been treated for the nominal fee of $175.00. ANY property.

One Stop Shopping:

We are a fully licensed and insured Home Improvement Contractor also. So any and all damage caused by any of these destructive insects can be completely repaired. With the FREE pre certification inspection, any and all problems effecting the issuance of a “clear” certification can be eliminated BEFORE the first potential buyer’s inspection.
